‘They are warning us’

‘They are warning us’

I think they are. The question is: are Catholics and Christians everywhere listening?

Dear Frances,

One of the most arresting lines in the Gospel is the shout of the crowd before Pontius Pilate:

“Crucify him!”

An echo of that chilling moment happened this week at the Democratic convention.

Ilyse Hogue, president of the radical pro-abortion group NARAL, told the convention: “I made the decision that was best for me: to have an abortion…”

And the Democratic delegates roared with approval.

Gone are the days when Democratic candidates spoke softly about the “A” word. Not long ago, their platform aimed to make abortion ‘safe, legal, and rare.’ Today, their radical agenda has been stripped of its euphemisms and phony slogans.

The official Democratic platform now calls for abortion on demand — paid for by taxpayers like you and me. Even so-called “devout Catholic” Tim Kaine supports this extremist plan.

But it gets worse…

Not only does the party seek to advance a disgusting anti-Catholic agenda, they also plan to force you and me to agree with them and pay for it!

Just yesterday elitist Nancy Pelosi ripped “non-college educated” voters who vote against their own economic interests because of “guns, gays, and God.” Did you get that? You and I are too stupid to vote because we believe in protecting children, building strong families, and placing our faith in God.

And Hillary has warned on abortion: “Laws have to be backed up with resources and political will… And deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed.”

Yes, she said that.

Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine are now officially running to be our next President and Vice President. The duo is widely celebrated as the most pro-abortion presidential ticket in United States history. Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood can hardly contain her excitement, saying “this is the strongest reproductive rights ticket we’ve ever had.”

But Clinton-Kaine are not just running to protect the abortion industry.

They are warning us now: Catholics will be forced into submission. Our hospitals, schools, charities…our rights of conscience will be given a choice: submit or go to jail.

Unless we stop them. It’s now up to us.

But time is running short.

Can a Catholic vote for Clinton-Kaine?

No. No way. Never.

No….I don’t think the question is: “Are they listening?” I think the question really is: “Do they even care?”

Caroline, how frightening it all is. EVERYTHING they stand for is against what we believe. Catholics have the power to shut them down, but they don’t. I will be voting Trump…not writing in names or voting third party, but voting AGAINST Hillary.

Don’t give up on me writing as promised. So much has happened. Precious Ella-Grace born on August 5, then came the Louisiana floods…fortunately, we were spared, although in the worst area. My son, sister and older nephew were also spared.

But, we are going through so much now. My precious younger nephew and godson, age 31, suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm Saturday morning. He never regained consciousness, and after three receptions of the Sacrament of the anointing and countless prayers around the world, all tests showed no brain function remained. Life support was disconnected yesterday…our angel never took even one breath. Our hearts are broken. Please pray for my sister, my brother-in-aw and other nephew. So sorry to put all this in your com box, but wanted your powerful prayers. My sister gave her son back to God, but her pain will never leave her in this life. He was such a kind and gentle soul. I will miss him so very much. Thank you, Caroline. +++

Patricia…Your family will be my offering in Mass and morning prayers.. Oh how I wish we lived closer.. I would be there in an instant to give you any and all the support you needed…even if I come with my own crushed heart. Prayers for your dear sister..Her pain must be indescribable. She is so blessed to have you.
As far as the world culture and politics, it seems that ‘whatever can be shaken is being shaken… so that what cannot be shaken will remain.’
I’m thankful you were spared in the flooding.. I was thinking of you. Love always +++
